Hyundai PM850 For Rhys Millen Racing

Hyundai has not beenĀ  very involved in motorsport, at least until this last couple of years that they have saved enough cash in the banks! But now that they are in business, they are coming hard! This is the Hyundai Genesis PM850 for Rhys Millen Racing, and it develops up to 850 hp! This might the most powerful Hyundai has ever been, although because it will compete in 2010 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Unlimited Class it uses just 675 hp. The power comes from a tweaked 4.1 liter V6 Lambda engine. Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-Spec

At 2009 SEMA tuning show in Las Vegas, Hyundai will unveil the R-Spec version of its popular Genesis Coupe model. The Genesis R-Spec is a lightened and performance-oriented car which eliminates some non-essential convenience equipment such as: Bluetooth, automatic headlights, cruise control, trip computer, chrome interior accents and steering wheel audio controls, therefore it’s considerably cheaper than the Track model. The car is powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged and intercooled four-cylinder engine with dual continuously variable valve timing delivering 210 hp, 30 mpg and a top speed of 137 mph. It is also specially equipped with 19-inch gunmetal-finish alloy wheels and Bridgestone Potenza tires, Brembo braking system, Track-tuned suspension and Torsen-type limited-slip differential, as some of the technical features. Hyundai has revealed this week in Korea their newest model, the Genesis, a rival for the Lexus cars. The top model will have 375HP and will cost around $40,000.
