Audi TT RS Racing Costs 180,000 EUR

Audi customer motorsport division, same guys responsible for the ultra-successful R8 LMS, announced they are now taking orders for the smaller TT RS racing car. And it starts at 180,000 euro which isn’t much for a full-on racing car. In comparison the BMW X4 Race Car cost nearly 300 grand. But this Audi is a front-wheel-drive and has a 380 hp output coming from a production-derived five-cylinder 2.5 liter turbo engine and has a six-speed sequential gearbox with paddle shifters. The RS-badged Audis are now officially back in the U.S. as the first TT-RS is sold to veteran race driver Don Istook. Americans have waited long enough for the RS, and finally, thanks to a Facebook petition, they are getting it for $56,850.
