Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-Spec

At 2009 SEMA tuning show in Las Vegas, Hyundai will unveil the R-Spec version of its popular Genesis Coupe model.

The Genesis R-Spec is a lightened and performance-oriented car which eliminates some non-essential convenience equipment such as: Bluetooth, automatic headlights, cruise control, trip computer, chrome interior accents and steering wheel audio controls, therefore it’s considerably cheaper than the Track model.

The car is powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged and intercooled four-cylinder engine with dual continuously variable valve timing delivering 210 hp, 30 mpg and a top speed of 137 mph. It is also specially equipped with 19-inch gunmetal-finish alloy wheels and Bridgestone Potenza tires, Brembo braking system, Track-tuned suspension and Torsen-type limited-slip differential, as some of the technical features.

Genesis R-spec is also garnished with Leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, Power windows, door locks and mirrors, AM/FM/XM/CD/MP3 audio system with six speakers iPod/USB/Aux jack connectivity, Projector beam headlamp, Air conditioning, Remote keyless entry system,Tire Pressure Monitoring System,Front, side, side curtain air bags, Active front head restraints and Driver’s lumbar support.

2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-Spec is priced at $23,750.
