Ford reveals 2010 Mustang BOSS 302R

Ford Racing has unveiled the new 2010 Mustang BOSS 302R based on the new production version of the car. The BOSS 302R will come in two different editions, but both will be getting the firm’s new 5.0 liter V8 which has made a lot of noise since its introduction!

The regular edition of Mustang BOSS 302R which will compete in different racing series such as Grand-Am, SCCA and NASA, will cost you $79,000. But if you want it with Grand-Am Homologation Package which is a limited edition, that will set you back $129,000.

The Grand-Am Homologation Package comes with a sealed high-output race engine with an upgraded cooling system, a close-ratio six-speed transmission with integral shifter, a seam-welded body, race suspension/KONI dampers and ABS brake tuning, race performance exhaust and a high-speed balance one-piece driveshaft. This makes the car ready for Grand-Am Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge series.
