Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel Production

Infiniti ha now made is doubly official they are indeed making the FX Sebastian Vettel edition and they’re very chuffed about it. You see Infiniti could go the old ath and just launch a powerful and rather pointless SUV. But by hooking up with Vettel, they killed two birds with one stone. The FX Vettel is powerful and posh and brash, and yet exclusive and cool, and because of the F1 world champion’s name, worthy of the extra pay. We just hope they dont’ get mad and put a stupid price tag on it! It is yet to be announced. Sebastian Vettel, the youngest Formula 1 world champion and the current leader of the season in 2011, is driving for Red Bull, whose main sponsor is Infiniti. So the Japanese car maker decided to make best of this r3lationship and created a Sebastian Vettel editon of the FX. It is still a concept car, to be shown at the 2011 IAA motor show, but will probably make it int production in limited numbers. It is is the lightest, fastest and most aerodynamic FX yet, and can reach 300 km/h top speed. Infiniti Safety Car

I know! You don’t hear that everyday. But the Japanese luxury brand has decided to get involved in rallying but apparently they are not yet confident enough to actually race in it. They have prepared a special safety car based on the G37 Coupe for the Spanish rally Championship. The car began its duties on April 1 in the Rally of Villajoyosa. The partnership with Spanish federation expands on Infiniti’s involvement with the GT Championship of Spain for which the performance brand also supplies a Safety Car to work in all events.
