The latest special edition Chevrolet Corvette is a very special one. It is in fact the Centennial Edition that celebrates the brand’s 100th anniversary all of which involved with motorpsort. So it’s kind of an homage to Chevy’s racing heritage. This year BMW came up with a pickup version of the M3 but it was nothing but a joke, an April Fool’s joke. It is in fact a very serious machine that’s faster even than the M3 Coupe! now LupiniPower decided to emphasize their SuperUte is no joke by releasing details and specs of it. This Chevy SuperUte is powered by a 535bhp 590lb.ft 6-litre supercharged V8 which offers 5-second 0-60mph acceleration and top speed of 175 mph. 2011 Chevrolet Cruze BTCC

Silverline Chevrolet team revealed their new 2011 Cruze BTCC race car for this season’s Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship. The car has the same sort of specs as the WTCC Cruze built by RML and uses the same successful driver line-up as 2010; driver’s champion Jason Plato and promising young gun, Alex MacDowall. It does get a new livery though, featuring prominent sponsorship from Silverline, as well as series sponsors Dunlop, Holiday Inn, Auto Express and Evo.The car makes its debut at the first race of the season on Sunday April 3 at Brands Hatch, Kent. Chevrolet Returns To IZOD IndyCar With New V6

Chevrolet officially announced the return of the brand to the IZOD IndyCar series from 2012. The new car will be built in collaboration with Ilmor Engineering, and will be powered by a brand-new twin-turbocharged, direct-injected V6 racing engine powered by renewable E85 ethanol fuel. They will also supply Team Penske with this engine.
